L'Odyssée

As so often a good experience in a restaurant begins with a nice welcome and table service. It was a great experience and it continued throughout the dinner. Food is very well done, tasty. Fish and the mussels were very frash. Try the appetizer. The atmosphere is slightly tainted by the ongoing traffic as the restaurant is at a corner but with additional glas protection raised it is but a minor nuisance.

The food is super good including a good portion and the staff were super friendly attentive and proactive, I highly recommend this restaurant.

We absolutely loved this place. So much so we went twice during our short stay in Deauville. Very very good staff. Welcoming and professional but also add a personal touch. The 3 year candle in my daughter’s ice cream on her birthday was such a nice touch. Onto the food, really well cooked and seasoned plates. It’s nice to see a kitchen cooking meat and fish so well. This place is a must when visiting Deauville.

We got cappuccinos, Normandy coffee and Chocolat Suisse and they were all excellent. The owner was extremely friendly. We went before the kitchen was open or we would have definitely ordered food as well. Overall very friendly and courteous service with a peaceful lovely atmosphere.

Delicious food. Good choices. There were even a couple of vegetarian options. Had a vegetarian linguini, beef burger, ice cream and sorbet scoops and ice creams and cream on a giant pancake. (There were two of us.) Service was excellent - All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We had a particularly lovely and efficient waitress.

Very warm and welcoming service with great food. The staff take their time to explain the menu and are happy to accommodate — a refreshing change from many other restaurants in the area. Thibault was exceptional, guiding us through the menu and helping with a perfect wine pairing. Highly recommend the veal with Normandy sauce!

Excellent moulles and shrimps. The fries can be much better.
